'Not tonight, Deer, I have a headache.'
My headache remedy is simple but effective:
In a dark glass dropper bottle add the following and swirl. Allow the mix to sit for about an hour before you use it:
50 drops of Peppermint oil
50 drops of Lavender oil
30 drops of Eucalyptus oil
Apply 1-2 drops to both temples, all along both jaw bones and the back of your head at the base of your skull. Reapply every 10 minutes until your headache is gone.
