Book Review!!!

If you didn't read the blog about Valerie and the murals in a former post of mine then scroll back on my FB posts and read it. It will make your day. The author of the blog is Keith E. Smith. He was traveling the country, stopped by Vega, Texas and was swept up by the murals and Valerie's

Keith has two books out and I have read one....
"Black Chamber".
I read the entire book in 2 days. I couldn't put it down. It is kind of a "Guy" book but has a very human story woven into it. So as a woman I really enjoyed the read. The book makes you think about the vulnerability of our power grid in the USA. I have often wondered how protected our power grids are and how outdated they could be. Those thoughts bring up some insecurities.What if there was no electricity.. just taken out?
The story is also about good and evil. But it is a reminder about how highly trained our military is. Constantly protecting us yet so vulnerable. Much food for thought here.

Thank you again Keith for the beautiful tribute you penned about Valerie. It means a lot to our family and friends. Cheeky MaNeeky is very proud of her creator, Valerie.
