Pause the Treadmill of your Life

Stop and ask questions. Never ever allow anyone to shame you for asking questions. I’m talking all the way up the ladder. The “experts” are not always the experts. That is proven over and over all through history.

Ask the questions.

You deserve to find your own answers. Ask questions about food, medicine, government, religion, laws, love---everything. Ask the hard questions. Finding the answers is how you grow.

Look at all the view points and the data.

Look at results.

If you don’t stop your treadmill long enough to ask and answer the questions in your life you either never get off the treadmill or you catapulted off of the treadmill head first into illness, unhappiness,

loneliness or whatever unpleasantness is at the bottom of YOUR pit.

So push the pause button!
