Spicy Spinach Dip
1 8 oz cream cheese softened
1/3 C sour cream
1 jalapano chopped fine
1 can rotel drained
1/2 onion chopped fine
1 10 oz box chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp chili powder and cumin
combine and press into a greased 8 in square pan Bake at 350* for about 30 minutes
Options: add grated sharp cheddar cheese, more jalapenos and chili powder for more heat
Serve with grain free tortillas for a keto friendly dish
