Fudge that isn't bad for you!

 

This fudge recipe isn't full of sugar. If your Vegan it's for you. If you are looking for a Fudge recipe that isn't toxic then read on!

                                                        Chocolate and Almond Butter Fudge

1 cup coconut oil

1 1/2 cup cocoa powder

2 Tbls. liquid stevia or liquid Monk Fruit

1 cup packed seeded dates

2 pinches of sea salt

place all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth

then add:

1 cup Almond butter

blend again until smooth

place in an 8X8 dish prepped with coconut oil

refrigerate at least one hour. Cut into small pieces and store in the refrigerator

I love fudge so I came up with this recipe to avoid the sugar overload. This fudge isn't very sweet but you can add more sweetener if you like. But it is very rich and very chocolaty.
